Refund policy

We like to be as eco friendly as possible therefore we do not accept returns. Our products are MADE TO ORDER, if you are unsure on sizing and fit of items please contact us before ordering, contact@jessicafieldlondon.com . If you receive your item and it is faulty we will accept returns.

To be eligible for a returning a faulty item, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@jessicafieldlondon.com. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges and credit note

JFL tries to keep fast fashion ordering and returning to a minimum. When ordering we 100% recommend messaging us beforehand on sizing if you are unsure on which size will fit you best as we also offer custom sizing too. However if you receive your item and it does not fit we will allow the return for a exchanged item/size or a credit note. Please note if you paid for a quicker production time this will not be applied to your exchange or credit note, you will receive credit of the original item price.

 

Refunds
Faulty item return - We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
